According to the doctrine of the trinity, the Father the Son, and the Holy Spirit are three eternally distinct persons, who are all one God.
Two of those persons are also called ‘the Lord.’
To differentiate between these Lords, one is spelled in all caps (the LORD), sometimes.
It is said that God hath highly exalted him (refering to Christ in Phil 2:5), and has given him a name which is above every name (Phil 2:9).
If the Lord Jesus is God, would he require the help of the other LORD who is also God, to raise him from the dead (Rom 10:9, Mark 14:58)?
- Philippians 2:11 states that we should confess Jesus Christ as Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
- It would be illogical to acknowledge Jesus as Lord if that is the Father’s name
- According to what is written in Isaiah 42:8, God’s name is ‘the LORD.’
- In the Old Testament, it is written that the LORD God (whose name is Yahweh) alone is the one who Saves us (Isaiah 12:2, Exo 15:2, Psalm 18:46, Hosea 13:4).
- However, in the New Testament (two Lords have been penned into the scriptures), both the Lord Jesus and the LORD God are called Saviors.
- Furthermore, it is taught that Psalm 110:1 describes a Heavenly conversation between these two Lords, which King David overhears.
One of the pillars of the doctrine of the trinity states that the Son is God, and according to what has been written into Acts 4:10-12, Jesus is the only Savior.
The following five Bible passages contradict this assertion.
These passages describe one God and one Lord, one God and two Lords, one God who is the Savior, one God and Jesus as Savior, as well as one God as Savior and the Lord who is our hope.
1 Corinthians 8:6 But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him
Jude 1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ
Jude 1:25 To the only wise God our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever
Titus 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ
1 Timothy 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Savior, and the Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope
Philippians 2:9-10 contradicts several Old Testament verses, as well as Luke 2:21, which says, “his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived.”
Furthermore, Luke 2:21 and Matthew 1:21 are both contrary to Matthew 1:23 and Isaiah 7:14, which declare “they shall call his name Immanuel, which being interpreted is, Yahweh with us.”
- Yahweh’s name alone is to be exalted (Psalm 8:1, 9, 72:19, 148:13, Isaiah 2:17, 26;13, 33:5, 1 Chronicles 29:11).
- For we read in Isaiah 45:23, 49:26, and Romans 14:11, that Yahweh is both Savior and Redeemer; every knee shall bow to Him.
Micah 7:7 Therefore I will look unto Yahweh, I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me
Psalm 95:6 O come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before Yahweh our maker
In Isaiah 43:11 it is written, “I am Yahweh, and beside me there is no Savior,” and yet it is taught that whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
- The lying pen of the scribes removed Yahweh’s name in Isaiah 42:8, which now reads (in most translations), “I am the LORD; that is my name.”
- This represents a spiritual transgression of Biblical proportions.
- The ‘childlike strategy’ of using all caps for the word lord (that is not a name), violates the primary rule for capitalization in writing mechanics.
- Moreover, the scribes have replaced Yahweh’s glorious name with the common title of Lord, which addresses mortal men.
- Remove the title of ‘the LORD,’ restore Yahweh’s name, and the trinity doctrine vanishes away like the early morning mist.
The trinity is a Scriptural Contradiction
A Google search for the following question was entered, If “Jesus” is the Savior how is it that the “LORD God” is also a Savior?
The AI reply was, “Both Jesus and the Lord God are considered saviors in the Bible because of their roles in salvation.”
The next question asked was, “Is it true that Jesus is the only savior?”
The AI reply was, “Yes, Christians believe that Jesus is the only savior.”
- R.C. Sproul agreed with this statement, that Jesus is the Only Savior.
- He also declared that the doctrine of the trinity is not a contradiction, believing that God is one in essence and three in person.
The essence of Yahweh represents the significant aspects of His character. He is the Creator, and His attributes include love, grace, justice, mercy, and the power to Save us from eternal damnation.
Yahweh, who at many times and in different ways spoke in times past unto the fathers through His prophets, has in these last days spoken unto us through the Son, who is the preordained heir of all things, by whom also the worlds were made, who is the brightness of the glory of Yahweh, and the exact image (or character) of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, He himself who purged (or cleansed us from) our sins dwells as the right hand (or power) of Majesty on high (Heb 1:1-3).
The doctrine of the trinity, without a shadow of a doubt, contradicts Yahweh’s Word.
Isaiah 2:17 And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low, and Yahweh alone shall be exalted in that day
There is only One God who saves, and Yahweh did not pass the baton of saviorship over to another. This means that in order for the Messiah to be Savior, He must also be Yahweh, which He is.
The essence of God cannot be revealed in two other persons, each with their own essence and attributes.
According to the doctrine of the trinity, only one of the persons of this Godhead is the Savior.
- It is stated that the primary essence or attribute of the person called Jesus is that He alone provides us with Salvation.
- The essence of the LORD God cannot be the same as that of the Lord Jesus if only one of these Lords is the Savior.
- If the titles “Father” and “Son” represent two separate persons, they could not share the same essence, as they would have existed apart from each other.
The Son is the personification of the Father; as outlined in the translation of Hebrews 1:1-3, the essence of Yahweh is revealed in the Son.
There is only One God whose Spirit dwelt in a fleshly temple, that He allowed to be destroyed for the sins of the World, and within three days He built another (Mark 14:58, 15:29).
By putting to death the works of the flesh, we become alive when Yahweh’s Spirit dwells within our temple (1 Cor 3:16, Romans 8:13, Col 3:9, Gal 6:8, 1 Peter 2:11, 3:18).
To state that God is one in essence and three in person(s) is a nonsensical, contradictory, and impossible affirmation.
Moreover, if Yahweh no longer has the ability to save us, then his essence, identity, and the very nature of who he is would be lost.
The simplest way to explain the trinity
The doctrine of the trinity is a theological discourse that is illogical and unscriptural, and that is why it is cannot be understood.
John 14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it will be sufficient for us
- This Ligonier Ministries teaching fellow alludes to Philip’s question in John 14:8; the highlighted link below represents his response (in part).
- “But Philip, you’ve seen who the Father is by watching me, by my relationship to Him.”
- He also claims that Jesus was talking about the trinity with the Apostles, even though the man-made and Unbiblical doctrine of the trinity was introduced many years later.
In His conversation with the Apostles, the Messiah was not speaking about a relationship with the Father, for He is the Father (Isaiah 9:6).
In John 14:9, He said, “Whoever has seen me has seen the Father, how then can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?”
And in John 14:7, He declared, “If you had known me, you would have known my Father, indeed, from now on you do know him and have seen him.”
The titles “Father” and “Son” do not represent two separate persons. Rather, the Son is the actual manifestation of the Father in the flesh. This is evidenced by what is written in 2 Corinthians 4:4, Colossians 1:15, and Hebrews 1:3.
Yahweh, who is God the Father, revealed Himself as the Son, who is the image thereof. This represents One God (Yahweh) revealed in One person (the Messiah), and must not be confused with a human father-son relationship.
It is unacceptable for anyone to reinterpret the Holy Scriptures to fit their own biased beliefs (Revelations 22:18).
For some reason, these verses in John chapter fourteen that expose the falsities of trinitarianism are either dismissed, or explained away by preachers and their congregations.
The disciples finally understood that their Messiah came forth from Yahweh, when He no longer spoke to them in parables, as recorded in John 16:25-30.
In Isaiah 45:21, it is written, “There is no other God besides me, a just God and Savior; there is none besides me.” For the Messiah to be both God and Savior, He must also be Yahweh.
Many preachers interpret Psalm 110:1 as depicting King David overhearing a conversation where one LORD is talking to the other Lord, telling him to sit at his right hand while he makes his enemies his footstool. This would imply an impossible conversation among the Gods.
- Those who preach the doctrine of the trinity assert that two eternally distinct persons, both called God, can sit next to each other, have a conversation, and still be considered as one God.
- The cognitive biases associated with this doctrine are extraordinary, for they demand illogical thought processes (Acts 20:21, 28:31, Rom 1:7, 5:11, Psa 110:1).

The doctrine of the trinity Exposed
Without understanding the ‘Essential Truths’ contained within ‘Yahweh’s Holy Scriptures’ the Bible will remain a book of parables.
- But first things first, invite the Spirit of Yahweh to dwell within, for His Spirit will teach you the truth.
- You can then rightly discern His Word, and avoid following deceptive teachings on the rapture, the trinity and Salvation.
- It is essential to acknowledge that Yahweh’s name cannot be translated as ‘the Lord.’ Names are transliterated, not translated.
- Changing Yahweh’s name to ‘the lord,’ or adonai is deceptive and it undermines the integrity of the Old and New Testament scriptures.
- Maintaining scriptural integrity requires acknowledging one God, who revealed Himself in the flesh as one person; the Messiah is Yahweh (John 8:58, 1 Timothy 3:16, Colossians 1:15-17).
- Yahweh’s Spirit received by His chosen ones did not suddenly become a third person of the trinity in the New Testament (Gen 6:3, Isa 44:3, 59:21, Jer 31:31-34, Joel 2:28, Heb 10:16).
- In Pro 1:23, Yahweh said, “If you repent at my reprimand behold, I will pour out my spirit upon you, I will make my words known unto you.”
Woe to the lying pen of the scribes responsible for these misleading translations, which have led to the acceptance of the trinity and the existence of two Saviors.
Romans 10:13, Joel 2:32, and Isaiah 43:11 are examples of verses that have been mistranslated to support the doctrine of the Trinity. When Yahweh’s name is restored in these verses, Romans 10:9 no longer is the path unto salvation.
Joel 2:32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of Yahweh shall be delivered (or Saved)
The promised Messiah who raised Himself from the dead is the glory of the Father revealed in the flesh; He is Yahweh who alone is the Savior of our souls (Isaiah 9:6, Romans 6:4, Titus 2:14).
John 10:18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself, I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again
In closing, it is clear that once the deceitful title of Lord is removed, and replaced with the Glorious name of Yahweh, the pillars that support the doctrine of the trinity will crumble and fall.
The message given by Yahweh in Isaiah 43:10 is irrefutable; before Yahweh there was no God created, and neither shall there be any other God afterward.
Isa 42:8 I AM Yahweh that is my name, and the glory (due unto me) shall you not give to another, neither (shall you) give your praises to graven images (emphasis added)
