The doctrine of the Trinity declares that the Father and the Son are one God, and yet it is taught that they have a conversation in the Heavens.
Two persons within this Trinity are also called ‘the Lord.’
To differentiate between these Lords, one is spelled in all caps (the LORD), sometimes.
If the Lord Jesus is God, how can Romans 10:9 state that He needed the assistance of the other Lord God to raise Him from the dead? For reference, consider John 2:19, John 10:18, and Mark 14:58.
- According to Philippians 2:5-9, the Lord God has highly exalted the Lord Jesus, giving Him a name that is above all others.
This contradicts Luke 2:21, which states, “His name was called JESUS, which was given by the angel before He was conceived in the womb.”
- Furthermore, Luke 2:21 and Matthew 1:21 are both contrary to Matthew 1:23 and Isaiah 7:14, which declare “they shall call his name Immanuel, which being interpreted is, Yahweh with us.”
Philippians 2:11 states that we should confess Jesus Christ as Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
- It would be illogical to acknowledge Jesus as Lord if that were the Father’s name.
As shocking as it is, Isaiah 42:8 declares that God’s name is ‘the LORD.’
The Lords of the Trinity Irreconcilable doctrines
In the Old Testament, the LORD God, whose name is Yahweh, is the one who saves us (Isaiah 12:2, 43:11, Exodus 15:2, Psalm 18:46, Hosea 13:4).
However, the Lord Jesus and the LORD God are called Saviors in the New Testament (1 Tim 1:1, Titus 2:13).
One of the pillars of the doctrine of the trinity states that the Son is God, and according to what has been written into Acts 4:10-12, Jesus is the only Savior.
The following five scriptures contradict this assertion.
These verses describe one God and one Lord, one God and two Lords, one God who is the Savior, one God and Jesus as Savior, as well as one God as Savior and the Lord who is our hope.
1 Corinthians 8:6 But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him
Jude 1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ
Jude 1:25 To the only wise God our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever
Titus 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ
1 Timothy 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Savior, and the Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope
Yahweh’s name alone is to be exalted (Psalm 8:1, 9, 72:19, 148:13, Isaiah 2:17, 26;13, 33:5, 1 Chronicles 29:11).
For we read in Isaiah 45:23, 49:26, and Romans 14:11, that Yahweh is both Savior and Redeemer; every knee shall bow to Him.
Micah 7:7 Therefore I will look unto Yahweh, I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me
Psalm 95:6 O come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before Yahweh our maker
The lying pen of the scribes have replaced Yahweh’s glorious name with the common title of Lord, which addresses mortal men.
Remove the title of ‘the LORD,’ restore Yahweh’s name, and the trinity theory vanishes away like the early morning mist.
The trinity is a Scriptural Contradiction
A Google search for the following question was entered, If “Jesus” is the Savior how is it that the “LORD God” is also a Savior?
The AI reply was, “Both Jesus and the Lord God are considered saviors in the Bible because of their roles in salvation.”
The next question asked was, “Is it true that Jesus is the only savior?”
The AI reply was, “Yes, Christians believe that Jesus is the only savior.”
- R.C. Sproul agreed with this statement, that Jesus is the Only Savior.
- He also declared that the doctrine of the trinity is not a contradiction, believing that God is one in essence and three in person.
The essence of Yahweh represents the significant aspects of His character. He is the Creator, and His attributes include love, grace, justice, mercy, and the power to Save us from eternal damnation.
Yahweh, who at many times and in different ways spoke in times past unto the fathers through His prophets, has in these last days spoken unto us through the Son, who is the preordained heir of all things, by whom also the worlds were made, who is the brightness of the glory of Yahweh, and the exact image (or character) of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, He himself who purged (or cleansed us from) our sins dwells as the right hand (or power) of Majesty on high (Heb 1:1-3).
The doctrine of the trinity, without a shadow of a doubt, contradicts Yahweh’s Word.
Isaiah 2:17 And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low, and Yahweh alone shall be exalted in that day
One God and Savior | Revealed as the Messiah
- The essence of God cannot be revealed in two other persons, each with their own essence and attributes.
It is taught that the primary essence or attribute of the Messiah, who is referred to as the Son, is that He alone provides Salvation.
- If Yahweh, known as the Father, no longer has the ability to save us, then His essence, identity, and very nature would be compromised.
There is only One God whose Spirit dwelt in a fleshly temple that was prepared as a sacrifice for the sins of the World, and within three days, He built another (Mark 14:58, 15:29).
By putting to death the works of the flesh, we become alive when Yahweh’s Spirit dwells within our temple (1 Corinthians 3:16, Romans 8:13, Colossians 3:9, Galatians 6:8, 1 Peter 2:11, 3:18).
To claim that God is one in essence and three in persons is a nonsensical and contradictory statement.
- The Son personifies the Father, as outlined in Hebrews 1:1-3; the essence of Yahweh is fully revealed in the Messiah.
Therefore, in order for the Messiah to be our Savior, He must also be Yahweh.
How to Explain the trinity
The doctrine of the trinity is a theological discourse that is illogical and unscriptural, and that is why it is cannot be understood.
John 14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it will be sufficient for us
- This Ligonier Ministries teaching fellow alludes to Philip’s question in John 14:8; the highlighted link below represents his response (in part).
- “But Philip, you’ve seen who the Father is by watching me, by my relationship to Him.”
- He also claims that Jesus was talking about the trinity with the Apostles, even though the man-made and Unbiblical doctrine of the trinity was introduced many years later.
In His conversation with the Apostles, the Messiah was not speaking about a relationship with the Father, for He is the Father (Isaiah 9:6).
In John 14:9, our Messiah said, “Whoever has seen me has seen the Father, how then can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?” And in John 14:7, He declared, “If you had known me, you would have known my Father, indeed, from now on you do know him and have seen him.”
The titles “Father” and “Son” do not represent two persons. Rather, the Son is the actual manifestation of the Father in the flesh. This is evidenced in 2 Corinthians 4:4, Colossians 1:15, and Hebrews 1:3.
Yahweh, who is God the Father, revealed Himself as the Son, who is the image thereof. This represents One God (Yahweh) revealed in One person (the Messiah).
It is unacceptable for anyone to reinterpret the Holy Scriptures to fit their own biased beliefs (Revelations 22:18).
For some reason, these verses in John chapter fourteen that expose the falsities of trinitarianism are either dismissed or explained away by preachers and their congregations.
The disciples finally understood that their Messiah came forth from Yahweh, when He no longer spoke to them in parables, as recorded in John 16:25-30.
In Isaiah 45:21, it is written, “There is no other God besides me, a just God and Savior; there is none except me.”
To reiterate: For the Messiah to be both God and Savior, He must also be Yahweh.
The False Doctrine of the trinity Exposed
Listed below in no particular order, are several keys that will expose the false doctrine of the trinity.
Without understanding these “Essential Truths” Yahweh’s Holy Scriptures will remain a collection of parables with many notable contradictions.
-
- When Yahweh’s Spirit dwells within us, we can spiritually discern the difference between His Gospel truths and the doctrines of men. It is essential to expose false teachings such as the rapture, the Trinity, and the notion that we are already saved.
- Salvation occurs when our Savior returns to save us; that is when we will be redeemed and clothed with incorruption and immortality.
- Two Saviors have been penned into the New Testament, both referred to as “the Lord” (Jude 1:4, 1 Tim 1:1). In Jude 1:25, the only Lord God is identified as “the only wise God our Savior,” while in Titus 1:14, the Lord Jesus Christ is our Savior.
- Yahweh’s name cannot be translated; names are transliterated. When the scribes changed Yahweh’s name to “the Lord,” it was a deceptive and disrespectful act.
- To maintain scriptural integrity, we must recognize that one God revealed Himself in the flesh as a single person.
- Our Messiah is Yahweh; otherwise, He cannot be our Savior (John 8:58, 1 Timothy 3:16, Colossians 1:15-17). In other words, Yahweh is our Messiah and Savior unless we accept the existence of two gods.
- Yahweh’s Spirit, given to His chosen ones, did not transform into a third person of the Trinity in the New Testament (Genesis 6:3, Isaiah 44:3, 59:21, Jeremiah 31:31-34, Joel 2:28, Hebrews 10:16).
In Pro 1:23, Yahweh said, “If you repent at my reprimand behold, I will pour out my spirit upon you, I will make my words known unto you.”
Woe to the lying pen of the scribes who are responsible for perverting the true ‘Gospel of Yahweh’ as evidenced when Isaiah 42:8 is properly interpreted.
Isaiah 42:8 I AM Yahweh that is my name, and my glory shall you not give to another, neither give your praises to graven images
Joel 2:32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of Yahweh shall be Saved
Trinitarian theology may declare that the Father is the author of salvation, and the Son is the way unto salvation, but this too is a false teaching.
Our Messiah is the author of eternal salvation, as stated in Hebrews 5:9.
In Isaiah 43:11 it is written, “I am Yahweh, and beside me there is no Savior.”
- And so, it has been revealed that the foundational pillars of the doctrine of the trinity are an impossibility, as in they do not really even exist.
- The promised Messiah who raised Himself, is the glory of the Father revealed in the flesh; He is Yahweh who alone is the Savior of our souls (Isaiah 9:6, Romans 6:4, Titus 2:14).
John 10:18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself, I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again…
The message given by Yahweh in Isaiah 43:10 is irrefutable; before Yahweh there was no God created, and neither shall there be any other afterwards (besides Him) who shall be called God.
